I understand if payment has not been received by the 10th of the month a £10 late fee will be added.

If payment has been unsuccessful after the 10th of the month students will be refused from class and parents will be contacted to collect them.

Withdrawing from classes: You must give one month's notice. For example, if you give notice on November 6th, you will still be charged for December. Notice must be given in writing.

Please let us know if your child can't make classes.

Parents must pick up their children immediately after class. Black Lotus Dance Company is not responsible for children after the class has finished. Parents must collect students under 12 from the studio.

If you are late to pick up your child by up to 20 minutes a £15 fee will be added, anything after 20 minutes will result in a £40 fee.

Black Lotus will not stand for any rude, inappropriate or abusive behaviour between students, parents or too our staff. This will result in you being asked to find an alternative studio.

Students must wear appropriate clothing and footwear for classes. Trainers must be worn for all classes.

NO JEANS, NO CROCS/ SCHOOL SHOES/ SANDALS.

Only studded earrings. No other jewellery. Belly button piercings must be just a bar or tapped down.

Students participating in Gymnastic classes:

No clothing with sequins/ buttons. Hair must be tied up.

Personal possessions are brought into classes at students own risk, Black Lotus accepts no responsibility for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

Black Lotus will not accept any responsibility for any injuries.
