I understand that a late payment ill accrue a charge of £15.

If payment has been unsuccessful students will be refused from class and parents will be contacted to collect them.

Withdrawing from classes: 1 month's notice must be given.

Please let us know if your child can't make classes.

Parents must pick up their children immediately after class. Black Lotus Dance Company is not responsible for children after the class has finished. Parents must pick up students under 12 by collecting them from the studio.

If you are late to pick up your child by up to 20 minutes a £15 fee will be added, anything after 20 minutes will result in a £40 fee.

Black Lotus will not stand for any rude, inappropriate or abusive behaviour between students, parents or to our staff. This will result in you being asked to find an alternative studio.
